Walking in Love
Scripture:“Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.” — 1 Peter 4:8
Reflection
As the fast nears its final stretch, God often turns our focus outward. Fasting not only shapes our relationship with God—it transforms how we love others. Love is the visible expression of a heart that has been aligned with God.
Walking in love requires intentionality, patience, and grace. It challenges us to release offense, extend forgiveness, and serve with compassion. Love is not merely an emotion; it is a daily choice rooted in obedience to God.
Today invites us to reflect God’s love through our words, attitudes, and actions, allowing the fruit of this fast to impact those around us.
Prayer
God, help me walk in Your love. Teach me to love deeply, forgive freely, and serve willingly. Let my actions reflect Your heart and bring glory to You. Amen.
Faith in Action
Look for an opportunity today to express love intentionally—through encouragement, forgiveness, service, or generosity. Allow God’s love to flow through you.
Reflection Questions
How has fasting affected the way I see others?
Is there someone I need to forgive or extend grace to?
What does walking in love look like for me today?
Today’s Focus
Loving others with intention and grace
