
Aaron Campbell
Senior Pastor- RSOM
Pastor Aaron Campbell was born in Memphis, TN and has served full-time at RSOM for 28 years, leading with vision, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to God’s people. A proud father of four, he was married to Patricia Campbell (Jackson) until her passing in 2017, and later to Theresa Clark-Campbell, to whom he remained devoted until her passing in 2024.
He currently serves as the Senior Pastor of RSOM and as the President of the Pentecostal/Charismatic Churches of North America (PCCNA). In addition, he chairs the PCCNA Race Relations Commission, reflecting his lifelong dedication to unity and reconciliation within the body of Christ.
Pastor Campbell is a graduate of Southside High School and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Memphis State University (1974). He began his professional journey in finance with Wells Fargo Bank, where his branch (under his leadership) was recognized as one of the top in the nation.
He is also a board member for Families Matter and Teen Challenge, as well as the Chairman of the Board for the Christian Development Center. In 2022, he authored the inspiring book Love’s Expectations, which reflects his heart for relationships and faith.
Deeply passionate about outreach and community service, Pastor Aaron Campbell continues to lead with love, integrity, and a steadfast commitment to transforming lives through the message of Christ.

Vincent Clark
Asst. Pastor
Elder Vincent Clark has been a devoted member of RSOM for 28 years, beginning his ministry journey as the Youth Pastor. During that time, he also served as Director of the Christian Development Outreach Center, where he worked closely with the youth and young adults of the community. Over the years, he transitioned into an Associate Minister role and was officially appointed Assistant Pastor in 2024.
Elder Vincent and his wife, Cynthia, faithfully serve together as ministry leaders of the New Member Orientation class. Cynthia also leads the Hospitality, Usher, and Greeter teams, continuing their shared commitment to service.
With a true heart for ministry, Elder Vincent continues to serve the RSOM family with unwavering passion and dedication.
